      7、elocation continues to be difficult due to COVID-19,it seems this trend will continue,and perhaps even grow,in the near future.As such,competition for senior openings in foreign-owned corporations(known as gaishi-kei)remains tight.Excellent candidates are in high demand and can often negotiate very lucrative packages when moving from one company to another.Industries and sectors with particular demand for talent include healthcare and life sciences,emerging technologies(AI,IoT,robotics,and finte
