The research treats Handan City Kindergarten English teaching as the research object. Choosing No.1 kindergarten of Handan City, Handan second kindergarten, Miao Miao kindergarten, City Hall kindergarten, Mining center kindergarten, and municipal authorities kindergarten as the research object. Mainly to the Handan children English teachers were surveyed by questionnaire. 120 questionnaires, 100 questionnaires were recovered. Through the questionnaire analysis, we find the following problems in English Teaching in Handan City. Firstly, the problem of children's English teacher is not optimistic. Secondly, the kindergarten English teaching is not suitable for children. Thirdly, the infant English teaching material content is not suitable for this class of children part. Fourthly, the infant English teaching methods is not suitable. Fifthly, the infant use less English to exchange, some children are not interested in English learning.
