Good evening, everyone.My name is Chenmj. Today’s topic is “Beauty comes from pains”.From my understanding,beauty is just like success,pain like effort.So my speech is No pain No gain. When I was young, I was very interested in study. I listened to the teachers’classes carefuly everyday and I felt in love with study.But day after day ,I felt study was boring and difficult sometimes especially learning mathmatic.However,with the encouragement of my family and teachers,I didn't give up for realizing my colleaag and my ambition. I even worked harder than before.Little by little ,I could do well in learning math with the helps from my teachers and classmates.From this,I know whatever I want to do,never give up.After all,No pains,No gains,attitude decides everything.My dear friends,I promised you that when you spare no effers to do one thing,then the dawn of success will not be far behind.Believe me."No pain,no gain"is a proverb that means we cannot gain or achieve anything without care,trouble or hard work.It goes without saying that a student will have to study hard and stick to his books if he wants to become a learned scholar . If a man wants to succed in bussiness,he will have to work hard,rise early and work long hours."No pain,no gain"is certainly true of bussiness. It is true,too,of character building.A fine noble character is,as a rule,not born,but the result of effort and struggle. One has to take pains to form good habits,to abandon bad ones and to resist temptation and to grow virtuous."No pain,no gain"is a motto that have been encouraging many men of will to attain their goals.Stick to it and you are bound to succeed.As students, if we want to realize our ambitions, firstly, we must get rid of the habit of wasting of time and make good use of it. Time and tides wait for no man.Only by seizing every minute to learn, to develop the skills , and to improve ourselves can we get fully prepared for tomorrow’s fierce competition and take advantage of it. Secondly, we must work hard. Constant dripping wears away stone. The secret of success lies in diligence and perseverance. Thirdly, in order to enlarge our experience, we should face the music and never surrender to the failure. Because bitterness teaches more than happiness, we will learn a lot from what we have experienced.Of course , sometimes luck may play an important role in success . But remember, it is the hard work that leads us to the front of luck . Luck is not windfall . It only goes to the prepared person . Only through hard work and constant effort can we get fully prepared . If someone believes that luck will fall down on his head without any work, maybe some day even if luck is really knocking on his door , he probably will not hear it .So my dear boys and girls, remember that hard work is the most important factor in success .
