32页1、国内民营公司品牌升级研究摘 要目前国内民营公司已达到750多万家,占全国法人公司的75%以上,是国内最大的公司群体,其经济已经占到全国GDP的50%以上,成为国民经济的重要构成部分。民营经济吸纳的就业人数占全国就业人数20%以上,提供了大概70%的技术创新和65%的发明专利,成为经济发展的重要力量。但是从整个民营公司品牌发呈现状来看,品牌运营的效果仍不令人满意,无论是大型的民营公司和中小型民营公司在品牌化发展中面都临着一系列的问题,如品牌的建立与保护,品牌延伸,品牌定位模糊不清,品牌研发能力与国际品牌差距比较明显等问题。基于品牌的建立和升级在公司从小到大,从弱到强的发展过程中起着不可或缺的作用,本文将以“中国民营公司500家”为重点研究对象,从民营公司品牌建设和发呈现状入手,发掘出目前国内民营公司在品牌发展过程中存在的问题,并针对民营公司面临的不同问题提出了树立品牌意识、开展品牌创立、品牌的适度延伸、善于运用高科技、加大品牌战略执行力度、全方位实行公司品牌战略等建议,为国内民营公司的品牌化发展提供借鉴和有效途径。核心词:民营公司 发呈现状 品牌升级 途径The Research of
