48页1、电力系统短期负荷预测系统摘 要电力系统短期负荷预测是调度中心制订发电计划及发电厂报价的依据,也是能量管理系统(EMS)的重要组成部分,对电力系统的运行、控制和计划都有着非常重要的影响,其预测精度直接影响到了电网及各发电厂的经济效益。由于电力负荷受诸多因素影响,如当前负荷状况、天气状况、节假日、重大经济及政治事件等,为提高短期电力负荷预测的精度,本文综合考虑了影响电力负荷的诸多因素,分析了适用于电力系统短期负荷预测的多种预测模型及其优缺点。应用了将几种方法组合起来的组合模型。 结果表明,与常规的预测方法相比,预测精度有了较大提高,效果较好。针对电网调度部门的实际需要,本文开发了一套基于调度自动化系统的短期电力负荷预测系统。该系统具有较好的实时性、经济性和实用性,采用客户机/服务器模式,以安全、高效的access2000作为后台数据库,选用面向对象的可视化的开发核心程序和系统界面。预测结果表明该系统能够满足地区电网短期负荷预测的需要,预测结果较合理,系统界面友好、操作方便、图形功能强大,在很大程度上可以提高预测人员的劳动效率。关键词:短期负荷预测,预测模型,预测精度,组合预测 IABSTR
