A much larger amount of information can be stored in more varied forms on the Internet than in books. As a result, in the future, the Internet will probably be more powerful than printing. The 82-year-old Sanlian Bookstore in Beijing officially started its around-the-clock operation on April 8th. A research released recently by the Chinese Academy of Press and Publication shows that every person in China read 4.77 printed books on average. Meanwhile, more than 50 percent of adults started to choose e-reading. More than 50 percent of people in China feel that they should read more books.
