      或者员工不能自由选择终止劳动关系包括以下的形式:奴隶或像奴隶一样的情况、欠债工、监狱工、契约工Involuntary Labor: Any situation where a person is obliged to work against his/her will (with or without reward or compensation) and where the person is not free to terminate the employment when they choose. The subcontract agreement shall be signed.2. 分包商必须与劳动者签订正式的劳动合同。

      劳动合同文本双方各执一份The labor subcontractor shall sign a written employment contract with the worker. The labor subcontractor and worker shall hold one copy of employment contract.3. 员工合同中应包含完整的必备条款An employment contract shall contain sufficient mandatory clauses.用人单位的名称、住所和法定代表人或者主要负责人The name, domicile and legal representative or the employee leader;劳动者的姓名、住址和居民身份证或者其他有效身份证件号码; The name, domicile and number of the identity card of residents or other valid identity documents of the worker; 劳动合同期限; Term of the employment contract; 工作内容和工作地点; Job description and workplace; 工作时间和休息休假; Working hours, rest and vacation; Employment Contract 员工劳动合同 劳动报酬; Remuneration; 社会保险; Social insurance; 劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护; Labor protection, working conditions and protection against occupational hazards; 法律、法规规定应当纳入劳动合同的其他事项; Other clauses which laws and statutes require to be included in the employment contracts. 合同签署日期,雇用方(法定代表人)和雇员双方签字Signatures of both worker and employer, date of signing contract.劳动合同的条款 Terms in employment contract施工工地,什么工种可能会产生职业病?会产生什么样的职业病?In construction site, what kinds of working positions might cause occupational diseases?And what kinds of occupational diseases might be caused?Employment Contract 员工劳动合同 Employment Contract 员工劳动合同 E。
