基于Web的单位工资管理系统的设计与实现

1、摘要摘要工资管理是单位人事管理的一项重要内容，随着单位业务的多元化发展，渭南市 地税局目前在部门设置上和工资等级设置上都越来越复杂，如何提高工资管理效率， 保证工资管理中的相关信息更加透明化，实现更加公平公正的单位工资管理，成为了 渭南市地税局近年来人事管理面临的一个重要的问题，基于此，本文针对渭南市地税 局现有的人事管理中工资管理的不足，提出了一种基于Web的工资管理系统的设计 和实现，有效的提高了渭南市地税局工资管理效率。本文的主要工作如下：1)研究和分析工资管理系统研究现状，对国内外相关技术进行全面的了解和掌握，在此基础上通过实际的工作考察和结合自己的工作经验，采用UML技术对渭南 市地税局工资管理系统进行了详细的需求分析，确定了相关技术方案。2)完成了渭南市地税局工资管理系统的总体设计、数据库设计和主要的功能设计和实现，给出了系统的功能架构设计、网络架构设计、数据库概念模型和物理模型， 最后完成了各个功能模块的详细设计和实现。3)从系统功能测试、性能测试、安全测试和压力测试四个方面完成了对实现的渭南市地税局工资管理系统的全方位详细测试，并对测试结果进行了分析，给出了实际测试运行
