    • 1、1府谷清水川电石厂滑坡治理工程设计 本科毕业论文(设计) 题目:府谷清水川电石厂滑坡治理工程设计 姓 名: 学号: 院(系): 工程学院 专业:地质工程 工程地质方向 指导教师: 职称: 评 阅 人: 职称: 2014 年 6 月摘 要 滑坡是一种地质灾害,滑坡的发生可能会导致河流堵塞,交通阻断,电力、通讯措施受损,房屋被毁,和其他的经济损失,甚至会造成人员伤亡。我国大部分地区为山区,高原和丘陵分布广,故滑坡灾害发生密度大,频率高,我国已成为世界上受滑坡危害最严重的国家之一,每年因滑坡灾害造成的损失数以亿计,给国家和人民生命财产带来巨大损失,产生严重社会影响。 陕西省府谷县清水川低热值燃料资源综合利用项目是2010 年陕西省政府规划建设的重点煤矸石综合利用项目之一。因电石厂一期工程挖山填沟等场坪建设,在场区东侧形成了高陡顺层边坡、滑坡及冲沟汇水,在场区西侧形成了高陡人工填方边坡,在场区北侧形成了高陡切层边坡。为确保电石厂一期项目顺利建设及后续安全生产,需对场区周边形成的高边坡、滑坡及冲沟汇水等地质灾害进行加固治理。滑坡区主要为黄土低山丘陵,地形复杂。滑坡体上部为灰黄色黄土,下部为砂岩泥

      2、岩互层,滑带发育在砂岩泥岩交界处。在滑坡区整个勘探深度内未发现地下水。由于部分滑坡物质已经产生滑动迹象所以需要对滑坡进行稳定性分析和必要时进行治理。滑坡稳定性分析采用传递系数法进行计算,经建立地质模型计算得出的结论是在自然状态下滑坡处于欠稳定状态,在暴雨状态下不稳定,所以急需要对滑坡进行治理。滑坡治理常用的方案有锚索格构、抗滑桩、预应力锚索抗滑桩、截排水工程和减重反压等。经过技术和经济两方面比选后决定采用刷坡、截排水工程、减重反压和预应力锚索格构进行治理。具体的治理方案为:1 为了减小滑坡推力及便于治理工程的实施,对滑坡体同样进行刷坡减重,刷坡坡率为1:0.75 、1:1 及1:1.75,设置五级边坡,每级边坡设置620m 宽平台。2 在刷坡减重后的第一三级边坡设置1、2型锚索框架进行加固。1型锚索框架由六条横梁和三条竖梁组成,每根竖梁均设三孔锚索,竖梁横向间距3.0m。框架横、竖梁截面尺寸均为0.40.6m,基础埋深1.5m,竖梁高18.0m,横梁长9.0 m,采用C30 混凝土现场浇筑。锚索钻孔直径130mm,倾角25,锚固段长度13m,由1112.7mm 高强度、低松弛的1860

      3、 级钢绞线组成,锚索端部设置框架。锚索单孔设计拉力870kN。锚索孔注浆采用1:1 水泥砂浆,水灰比0.450.5,砂浆强度不小于30Mpa。2型锚索框架由三条横梁和三条竖梁组成,每根竖梁均设三孔锚索,竖梁横向间距3.0m。框架横、竖梁截面尺寸均为0.40.6m,基础埋深1.5m,竖梁高14.2.0m,横梁长9.0 m,采用C30 混凝土现场浇筑。锚索钻孔直径130mm,倾角25,锚固段长度13m,由1112.7mm 高强度、低松弛的1860 级钢绞线组成,锚索端部设置框架。锚索单孔设计拉力870kN。锚索孔注浆采用1:1 水泥砂浆,水灰比0.450.5,砂浆强度不小于30Mpa。3 为防止坡体以外地表水流入坡体及确保坡面地表水顺畅迅速地排出边坡体外,在边坡平台及坡面设置1型和2型截排水沟,边坡平台及坡面截排水沟汇水后经场内排洪系统收集统一排至场区以外。关键词:滑坡 预应力锚索 截排水沟 格构梁 传递系数法 稳定性分析Abstract Landslide is a kind of geological disaster, landslide may lead to blocked ri
