30页1、北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文盆栽用湿度调节树脂的制备盆栽用湿度调节树脂的制备摘要本文以聚乙烯醇1788、马来酸、对苯二甲酸、淀粉为原料合成非离子型湿度调节树脂,测试在各醇酸比例下湿度调节树脂的吸水能力,以求最佳醇酸比,希望得到一种可生物降解的、吸水能力较好的吸水树脂。实验主要部分分为PVA与马来酸交联的醇酸比对树脂吸水倍率的影响、PVA与对苯二甲酸交联的醇酸比对树脂吸水倍率的影响PVA与马来酸、对苯二甲酸交联的醇酸比对树脂吸水倍率的影响、PVA/淀粉与马来酸交联的醇酸比对树脂吸水倍率的影响、PVA/淀粉与马来酸、对苯二甲酸交联的醇酸比对树脂吸水倍率的影响。结果表明,马来酸交联PVA树脂过于柔软,无法形成较稳定的交联空间,吸水性能欠佳。对苯二甲酸与PVA形成的树脂,刚性交联键约束树脂膨胀,吸水率较低。具有互穿交联结构的DN水凝胶的PVA、马来酸、对苯二甲酸合成树脂吸水倍率最高,达到1378%。粉/PVA、马来酸树脂、马来酸时会形成两种类型的树脂,一种为海绵状结构受压脱水,一种类似于其他湿度调节树脂受压不会大量脱水。关键词:PVA;湿度调节树脂;吸水倍率;DN水凝胶结构Pr
