20页1机务部分施工方案Construction Scheme for the Machinery section1.1主厂房行车吊装Main building bridge crane installation1.1.1 吊装步骤The Lifting Process1)将履带吊开至标识位置,松钩,挂钢丝绳Rising the crawler crane up to the mark position, loosen the hook and suspension the steel wire ropes.2)将钢丝绳按照标识位置将固定端的行车大梁绑扎好,确保起吊时大梁平稳,必要 时可利用链条葫芦调平Making the steel wire ropes in accordance with the mark position and bidding crane runaway buckstay of the fixed ends.Then keeping the buckstay rise smoothly when hanging up the crawler crane. The connective condition of the valves cover flange surface3)研磨;阀芯与阀座的结合面不吻合有缺陷时,应对阀芯和阀座进行研磨修复,可 采用手工或阀门研磨机作业Grinding: the valves core and the valves support should be repaired and grinded when they can not inosculate, and we can use the handcraft and the valves grinder4)缺陷消除后,应依顺序复装阀门,复装后阀门应达到规定的质量要求,并做严密 性试验The valves should be installed again according to the order after the disfigurement has been removed.And these valves should reach the quality request and do the strictness testing.1.4.2.3 阀门标识、存放 Remarking and Preservation the Valves1)阀门标识:对己检验合格的阀门,根据现场标识程序,在阀壳外表面显眼地方做 出标记,并给每一阀门临时挂牌,以保证阀门正确领用。
Remarking the valves: the eligibility valves should be remarked on the stare place of the valves hull surface, and every valve will be hanged the temporarily then assure using of the valves correctly2)阀门存放:根据阀门检验状态分区存放管理,分待检区、检验区(含严密性试验、 解体检查、光谱分析、研磨等)、已检验合格区、不合格区,有利于阀门管理Preservation the valves: the valves will be preserved in different areas according to the examining state, the areas contained for check area, checking area (including strictness testing, disassembly examining, spectroscopic analysis and grinding etc.), eligibility area and disqualification area.1.4.3 系统管道压力试验The Pressure Test of the System Piping管线安装完毕后,应按图纸设计要求对系统管道进行强度试验及严密性试验,以 检查管子、焊缝、法兰接口等的安装质量。
确保系统管线调试、分布试运行正常进行The system piping should do intension test and strictness test according to the request of the drawing after the piping line has been installed, and examine the installation quality of the pipe, welding line and the joint of the flange系统管线进行强度试验、严密性试验前条件验收Acceptance of the qualification before the intension test and strictness test:1)管线安装完毕,并进行自检,满足图纸设计要求Self-check after the piping line has been installed2)焊接、热处理已完成,并经检验合格The welding and heat treatment have been finished and pass the checking3)试验技术、安全和组织措施已审核并作交底。
Testing technology, safety and organizational measure have been lookedthrough and tell their real intentions4)试验用压力表己检验、校准合格,其精度不低于1.5级,表的满刻度值应为被测最 大压力的1.5~2倍,表不得少于两块The pressure gauge for testing has been examined and adjusted,its precision can not under the step of 1.5, the full of scale data should be bigger than 1.5 -2 times the biggest pressure and the gauges should be more than 2.5)连接试验系统管线的临时管、试压泵依试验技术规定布置Connecting temporary pipe of the testing system and disposing the testing pressure pump according to the technology prescribing6)被试系统管线的隔离、封堵等依技术要求完成并落实检查。
The isolation and sealing of the tested system piping line should be finished according to the request1.4.3.2 管道压力试验 The Piping Pressure Test系统管道压力试验宜采用水压试验,其水质应洁净,对水质有要求的应按设计规 定执行充水时,应先将系统管内的空气排尽后逐渐缓慢升压,达到系统管道工作压 力时,如未发现异常或泄露,则继续升到强度试验压力(不小于设计压力的1.25倍), 稳压10min,然后降至设计压力进行严密性试验,对管线上所有接头、焊缝、和连接处 进行全面检查水压试验合格后应填写系统管线水压记录表对不允许水压试验的系 统管线则采用气压或100%无损检测The piping pressure test should use the hydraulic pressure test.The water should clean and clear, and the request of water quality should be carried according to the design prescribing. The air in the inside of system piping should be expelled and raise the pressure slowly when filling the water.Until the pressure reach to the work pressure of the system piping,and raise the pressure to the intension test pressure continuly (can not lower than 1。
