它是由齿轮、轴、轴承及箱体组成的减速装置,用于原动机和工作机或执行机构之间,起匹配转速和传递扭矩的作用齿轮减速器的特点是效率高、寿命长、维护方便,因此应用广泛本设计讲述了机械的传动装置——二级圆柱齿轮减速器的设计过程及其CAD/CAM 设计首先进行了传动方案的拟定选择 V 带和同轴式二级圆柱齿轮减速器为传动装置,然后进行减速器和 v 带的设计计算(电动机的选择、V 带设计、齿轮传动设计、轴的结构设计、选择并验算联轴器、键的选择和校核和轴承的润滑等内容)运用 AutoCAD 软件进行齿轮减速器的二维平面设计,完成齿轮减速器的二维零件图绘制和装配图的绘制采用三维 Proe 绘制组装减速器并进行 CAM 设计关键词:齿轮啮合 轴传动 传动比 传动效率 CAD/CAM 设计4AbstractGear drive is the most widely used modern machinery.
