本文格式为Word版，下载可任意编辑UZ系列虹吸罐 UZ型虹吸罐使用说明书 Operation Instruction of Model UZ Reservoir 容器使用安好事项 为确保本容器在安好状态下使用，从事本容器安装、使用单位务必专心执行以下安好事项： 1. 本容器属于制冷装置用压力容器，从事本容器安装、使用单位务必贯彻国家质量技术监 督局1999年6月25日颁发的《压力容器安好技术监察规程》和有关压力容器安好技术模范、规章，并按GB50274-1998《制冷设备、空气分开设备安装工程施工及验收模范》，做好本容器的安装、使用、检验、修理和改造、以及安好管理工作，以保证本容器在安好的状态下使用 2. 本容器务必经当地压力容器安好监察机构登记注册，并发给注册编号后面能投入使用 3. 本容器的使用不得超出容器的允许范围 4. 使用单位应养护好容器的标牌、保管好本容器的随机出厂文件，以备当地压力容器安好 监察机构监察 5. 安装前，先检查备件箱与装箱清单假设安好附件（安好附件指安好阀、压力表、液面 计等，下同）的规格、型号与竣工图或装箱清单不一致，本容器不允许投入使用。

6. 安装时，应按本容器竣工图所示的液位，在显著位置指示容器的极限液位位置 7. 安装时，操纵元件应保证能操纵容器在使用过程中的液位不超过其最高液位线 8. 在使用过程中，不允许本容器内部的制冷剂液体超过容器允许的最高液位 9. 安装、使用单位应在容器的平衡口（或液面计接口）安装适合的液面计 10. 压力表、液面计的装设应便于操查看和清洁 11. 本容器正常运行期间，容器与安好附件之间的截止阀务必保持全开，其中容器与安好阀 之间的截止阀在全开位置加铅封或锁定 12. 安好阀的出口务必用相应规格的钢管引到安好地点排放，引管务必保持通畅 13. 本容器及其安好附件应制止受到热辐射、冻结或振动等不利影响 14. 使用单位更换本容器的安好附件，务必选用有制造许可证单位生产的相应规格产品 15. 容器的定期检验应符合国家质量技术监视局1999年6月25日颁发的《压力容器安好技 术监察规程》中第六章的规定 16. 本容器使用确定年限后，达不到设计要求，不允许投入使用 17. 使用单位操作时，应按制冷作业安好技术规程执行，以保证本容器在安好的状态下使用 18. 本容器如展现泄漏，使用单位切勿带压补焊。

Some Items for Users of Pressure Vessel To sure the pressure vessel is served in safety condition, user and setter must read the following items carefully before installing and execute when serving. 1. This is a pressure vessel for refrigeration; user and setter must execute《 safety technique control items for pressure vessel》 by Chinese administration of quality technique control in June 1999 and Chinese standard GB50274-1998《Code for construction and acceptance of refrigeration and air separating equipment installation engineering》. 2. The vessel must be registered and have serial number before serving at local institution of pressure vessel safety control. 3.The vessel must not exceed the serving limit. 4.User should keep the label and all attach documents carefully, to answer the check of local institution of pressure vessel safety control. 5.Before installing, user should confirm spare box with packing list. If safety appurtenance (safety valve, pressure gauge, liquidometer and so on) can not fit the packing list and finish blueprint at specification and model, the vessel can not serve. User should connect and declare all case with Yantai Moon Co.,Ltd. 6.When installing, setter should give clear indication of the limit liquid level according the finish blueprint. 7.When installing, control elements should assure the liquid level is always under the highest level while serving. 8.When serving, the refrigerant liquid in vessel can not exceed over the highest limit level. 9.Setter or user should install adequacy liquidometer at balancing nozzles or liquidometer nozzles. 10.Pressure gauge and liquidometer should set at the adequacy site to watch and clear. 11.When serving, the valve between vessel and safety valve must keep shut on and lead sealing or locked. 12.The outlet of safety valve must use the specification fit seamless steel pipe, and carry refrigerant to safe site. The pipe must keep no jam. 13.Heat, freezing, vibration and so on should not affect the vessel and safety elements. 14.If user want to change the safety element at the vessel, only the same specification element produced by someone who has admission are be allowed. 15.The period test should based on the sixth chapter of 《 safety technique control items for pressure vessel》 by Chinese administration of quality technique control in June 1999. 16.After certain period, if the vessel cannot fit the design requirement, it must not serve. 17.When serving, user should execute the safety technique standard of refrigerant operation to make sure the vessel is serving at safety condition. 18.If there is leak at the vessel, user must not seal weld when the gauge pressure is not zero or refrigerant is retained in the vessel. Note: the Chinese standard above is fit for China area; the oversea user can execute the standard established by local government. 一、 适用范围： 虹吸罐更加适用于选用用工质冷却润滑油的螺杆式制冷压缩机配套采用蒸发式冷凝器的制冷系统，对水资源缺乏及水质较差的地区尤其适用。

二、 工作原理： 由于螺杆式制冷压缩机与活塞式制冷压缩机相比具有大量优越性，因此目前螺杆式制冷压缩机的市场占有率越来越高以往螺杆式制冷压缩机的润滑油都是用冷却水来冷却的，这种方法轻易造成水资源的滥用，并且轻易使螺杆式制冷压缩机的油冷却器结垢，缩短了压缩机的使用寿命针对这一缺陷，近年来国内的主要制冷设备生产厂家纷纷开发研制了用工质来冷却润滑油的螺杆式制冷压缩机虹吸罐即为该类螺杆式制冷压缩机的配套设备，其主要工作原理如下图所示： 压缩机排出的高温高压氨蒸气经蒸发式冷凝器冷凝后变成液体，首先进入虹吸罐，在虹吸罐的液面达成溢流口时，液体经溢流口进入储液器而向蒸发器供液而虹吸罐溢流口以下的液体经虹吸罐的出液口依靠重力流向螺杆压缩机的油冷却器，在油冷却器中吸收润 虹吸罐油冷却系统流程示意图 滑油的热量后蒸发变成气体，经回气口回到虹吸罐，气体所携带的液体在虹吸罐中得到分开，枯燥气体在压缩机排气所造成的虹吸作用的推动下而进入蒸发式冷凝器得到了冷凝， 冷凝下来的液体又进入了下一轮循环 从出液口可分若干支路进相应的油冷却器，概括可见技术参数表，安装见上图。
