    • 本文格式为Word版,下载可任意编辑 教室工作的总结怎么写第三篇:2022年英文幼稚园保教工作总结 2022年下半年上学期英文幼稚园保教工作总结 保教工作是幼儿园工作的生命线,优质的保教质量是幼儿园赖以生存的前提本学期在园委会成员的部署、组织下,在全体保教人员齐心协力、团结奋进的努力下,各项工作顺利开展并取得了较好的成绩,现总结如下: 一、保育工作: 幼儿园的工作性质是保育为先、教育为重本学期,幼儿园的保育工作得到了一定的重视,从幼儿入园的晨检、进班、离园,全园的每位保教人员都能做到细心、耐心,让家长们更安心 1、用实际行动表达教师的四心:“关心、爱心、耐心、细心〞在一日活动中教师或保育员都能特别细心的观测幼儿,把好晨检、进餐、入厕、户外、午睡、离园等几大关口,加强护理照料,关注儿童的成长变化,在生活、学习、心里上给予帮忙、照料、沟通、疏导 2、 “每天检查,每周汇总,每月考核〞的安全卫生考核方式加大卫生消毒的检查督促力度; 通过提高保育员对卫生消毒、洗晒工作的规范操作;各班家园联系栏,向家长宣传育儿知识;做好对传染疾病的预防工作;加强户外锻炼,加强幼儿体质;加强对卫生工作的坚持性、规范性---每天,教师们都能主动地整理自己的班级,使自己的班级像家一样和暖整齐。

      3、保护幼儿安全放在工作的首位安全是我们一切工作的重中之重,成立领导小组,由园委会特意分管安全工作对保教人员也从未放松对安全的管理,从班级设施设备到活动场地到对教师时时刻刻的要求,防火、防烫、防摔、防电、防水等,尽量杜绝意外事故的发生 4保健员努力做好各项保健工作班里的幼儿一有状况都即时上报并处理,老师们都能耐心、细心的对待每位幼儿,若发觉什么不正常状况即时与家长联系,让家长送去治疗做到家长放心、老师自己安心 5、努力为幼儿创设丰富而实用的物质环境和宽松和谐、积极向上的精神环境,通过创设各类活动区角,制作富有教育意义的墙饰、每周周一举行升国旗仪式和晨会等,通过环境对幼儿施以潜移默化的影响,起到了良好的教育效果 二、教育教学工作 抓好日常教育教学活动,形成园长督察,保教主任主抓、教研组长协同的层层负责管理模式,加强日常教育教学的管理工作规范教师行为,创立优良园风 (一)、加强常规工作管理督导 严格执行保教管理制度,要求教师在学期初制定保教和班务计划、教研和各科教学计划, 要求教师周一张贴周计划,并做到专心的查阅,发觉问题即时给予指导对教师备课一周检查,加大了评价力度,规范要求,使教师做到课前有教案、有教具,作好充分的课前准备,保证课堂教学的扎实开展。

      深入班级听课,检查一日生活常规管理工作,发觉问题即时处理学期末,要求教师上交教育笔记、教学效果分析小结及各类总结,做到有检查,有记录,把平日的工作纳入学年考核,使各项工作走向制度化,规范化,取得一定的成果:本学期顺利通过先进单位 (二)、合理安排幼儿活动,丰富幼儿生活: 在这些活动的组织安排上,我们发挥段长的集体聪慧,群策群力,做到分工协作,目标明确,既平衡了各组的工作量,又发动了全体教师的力气,使活动都举行的圆满成功 1、推广了新早操和继续推行课间操为提高幼儿早操的参与率和运动率,十月份老师自制幼儿体育器械充分利用了旧矿泉水瓶等,新早操,动作富有童趣,符合幼儿年龄特点,大大地调动了幼儿、教师运动的积极性 2开展了一系列社会实践活动:参观灯饰城、重阳敬老院慰问等.让孩子们能深切体会传统的孝亲文化 3、举行了幼儿美术评比11月,举行了“漂亮的家园“幼儿美术评比,评出优秀作品个班级参与积极、协同默契,很好地会展示了我园的美术水平和我园幼儿的风采 4、在元旦佳节降临之际,我园开展了新年合家欢活动,让幼儿与家长体验亲子活动带来的开心 5、加强了老师比赛类活动的举行老师唱歌比赛、跳舞比赛等活动,进一步提高老师的积极性。
