新型自动售卖机外观设计与控制研究

1、北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计新型自动售卖机外观设计与控制研究摘 要随着我国社会经济的高速发展，社会生活节奏的加快，改变了人们应对生活日常的心理和行为，又因为生活条件的改善，人们对生活品质的追求也也来越高。自动售卖机这类高效、便捷的生活配套基础性设备的需求逐步增大，自助售卖机增加了售卖方式的情况之下，也减少了传统人力看管商铺造成的劳动力损失和劳动力成本，并且自动售卖机采用的数码电子的控制形式，售卖的产品能通过信息网络的传递而得到有关部门的实时监管，保障了消费者的权益。自动售卖机可设置于人员密集、流动性大的区域，因此自动售卖机也具有宣传商品的作用，可以由自动售卖机的外观及自动售卖机的成列商品方式达到。据此，我国各行各业都在争取行业销售方式转型，采用无人自动售卖方式进行，使用自动售卖机进行销售成为最合适的选择，如今最为常见的自动售卖机为零售货物如饮料饼干，功能性的自动售卖机有车站的自助售票机。本论文考虑到自动售卖机的优势和其强大的发展潜力，并通过日常所发现自动售卖机存在的缺陷，决定对其进行研究改进：（1）针对市场需求进行改进：螺旋导轨推出改为机械式位移。多数自动售卖机的商家只

2、能销售罐装饮料或食品，其问题的根源源于售卖机内部的机械结构，螺旋式导轨推出，并从高出落下，这种方式导致的食品毁坏，从而限制了贩卖商品的多样性。（2）针对人们行为进行改进：改进自动贩卖机效率问题。现有自动售卖机由于考虑到顾客消费效率，只强调从顾客购买货物到出货的过程高效，而忽视了补装货物所带来的劳动力和成本损失，由此本论文将从平衡顾客消费效率和补货效率的方面进行改进。（3）针对自动售卖机外观改进：优化、多功能化自动售卖机外观。市场上自动售卖机多以固定结构摆放在固定位置，并且以柜式矩形进行表现，这类型不足够吸引客户而无法激起顾客的消费欲望。本论文针对以上问题，对自动售卖机进行改进，采用从自动售卖机机械结构入手，逐步改进优化，确定自动售卖机的机械结构之后进行有限元分析和校核，再进行新型自动售卖机的控制系统研究，形成配套方案，由此进行最后的外观设计，即设计外观样式和外部渲染。关键词：自动售卖机；控制系统研究；外观设计；外观渲染Design of a new vending machine-Research on the appearance design and control of the

The demand for efficient and convenient basic equipment such as automatic vending machine is gradually increasing. When the self-service vending machine increases the way of selling, it also reduces the labor loss a

Moreover, the digital electronic control form is adopted by the automatic vending machine, and the products sold can get the relevant department through the transmission of information network The real-time supervision of the door ensures the rights and interests of consumers.The automatic vending machine can be set in the area with dense personnel and large mobility. Accordingly, all walks of life in China are striving for the transformation of the industry sales mode, adopting the unmanned automatic sales mode. This new industry mode enters peoples life like a flood. Nowadays, the most common automatic sales machine is the retail goods such as beverage biscuits, and the functional auto

6、matic sales machine is the self-service ticket machine in the station.In this paper, considering the advantages and strong development potential of the vending machine, and through the defects of the vending machine found in daily life, we decided to research and improve it(1) Improve according to the market demand: the spiral guide is replaced by mechanical displacement. Most vending machine merchants can only sell canned drinks or food. The root of the problem lies in the mechanical structure

7、inside the vending machine. The spiral guide rail is pushed out and falls from the top. This way leads to the destruction of food, thus limiting the diversity of the sold goods.(2) Improve peoples behavior: improve the efficiency of vending machines. Considering the consumption efficiency of customers, the existing vending machine only emphasizes the high efficiency of the process from customers purchase to delivery, but ignores the labor and cost loss caused by the replenishment of goods. There

8、fore, this paper will improve from the aspects of balancing the consumption efficiency and replenishment efficiency of customers.(3) For the automatic vending machine appearance improvement: optimization, multi-functional automatic vending machine appearance. In the market, vending machines are usually placed in fixed position with fixed structure and displayed in cabinet rectangle, which is not enough to attract customers and cannot arouse customers consumption desire.In this paper, aiming at t
