机械式立体停车设备的PLC控制系统设计论文
45页1、摘要升降横移式停车设备作为机械式立体停车设备的一种,是解决我国都市停车问题的有效方法之一。本文总结了各种不同停车设备的形式,分析了每种停车设备形式的工作原理和技术特点,在此基础上,对一个三层十车位的升降横移式立体停车设备进行了具体设计。对升降横移式立体停车设备的钢结构骨架进行了优化设计,在优化设计方案的选择上,运用清华大学研制开发的结构力学求解器SM Solver软件对最危险的情况进行了分析,对不同的尺寸组合进行了比较计算,依据分析结果,确定了钢结构的具体尺寸 。升降横移传动系统选用了钢丝绳式的承载方式,为此,在设计了总体方案的基础上,对钢丝绳,传动轴,传动链轮都进行了分析、设计、校核,最终确定了主要部分的尺寸。在对升降横移式立体停车设备的控制系统设计中,采用德国西门子公司的SIMATIC S7-200系列的CPU 226,并进行了扩展,使之达到使用的要求;程序编制运用西门子公司专用的程序编辑软件step-7 mirco/win,方便直观的画出了程序梯形图,并进行了调试,给出了调试后的程序。关键词:升降横移式立体停车设备;控制系统;可编程控制器(PLC);钢结构优化I INTRODUC
2、TION Lifting and infestation parking equipment is a kind of mechanical parking equipment. Using this kind of parking equipment is a good way to solve the problem about short of parking space. The article sums up all kinds of parking equipment about how they work and analyze their own characteristic of technology. A parking machine which has ten parking spaces distributing in three floors basing on the analysis has been designed. The design of the steel structure has been optimized. We work out a
3、 optimize design about steel structure composing of the lifting and infestation parking equipment. This optimize design is worked out on the software name SM Solver which produce by Tsinghua university. The most dangerous section on the steel structure is analyzed with it. By comparing and analyzing the different size of the steel structure and their combination, the size about steel structure is confirmed at last. The tight wire has been used to bear the weight of the lifting and infestation eq
4、uipment. So the main size about the tight wire、transmission shaft and chain wheel can be confirmed basing on the account design and checking computations. SIMEN companys CPU which name is SIMATIC S7-200 CPU226 has been chosen,and this CPU can be extend to make it accord with our requirement. The program has been edited on the SIMENs tied program editor named step-7 mirco/win.Using this software can draw the drawing of echelon easily, and debug the program.
