19页汽车人机工程论文摘要目前汽车尤其就是乘用车设计强调以人为中心,舒适性一直就是汽车设计的主体与追求目标商用车就是汽车工业产品型谱中的重要组成部分,在我国国民经济建设与社会发展中发挥着巨大的作用近年来随着我国国民经济的快速发展、高等级公路的大量修建以及物流业的迅速发展,我国商用车发展迅速国内商用车企业虽然具有一定的自主研发与科技创新能力,但在商用车人机工程设计开发方面与国外相比还有一定的差距 运用人机工程学原理对商用车驾驶室进行科学合理的设计 ,改善驾驶员工作环境,对于提高商用车主动安全性,保证驾驶员行车安全与身体健康具有重要意义本文结合所承担的“十一五”国家高技术发展计划(863计划)项目“重型汽车集成开发先进技术 (2006从 110105)”,对重型商用车人机工程设计与评价方法与关键技术进行了深入、系统研究,论文完成的主要研究工作如下:对重型商用车驾驶室人机工程学设计的主要内容与过程,以及采用的统计学方法进行了研究总结,建立了重型商用车人机工程设计方法研究了根据人体测量学数据建立用于商用车人机工程设计与分析数字人体模型的关键技术 ,包括人体测量学参数描述、运动学与动力学建模、人体肢体运动驱动与姿势求解的正向与反向运动学问题、几何建模与外观可视化、 性能建模等,建立了三维数字化人体模型,开发了具有自主知识产权的重型商用车人机工程设计评价系统 (SHOVED) 。

Keywords:Anthropometry Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle Cab 第一部分前言1、1 论文研究背景商用车发展的潮流就是行驶安全性越来越好,技术含量越来越高 ,驾驶越来越舒适与人性化在人们生活水平大幅提高的我国,随着汽车工业技术水平的不断提升与消费者的不断成熟,会对商用车的舒适性与安全性有着越来越高的要求,使得进一步研究与改善商用车的人机性能十分必要在驾驶室布置设计中,人机工程学的研究及应用就是提高舒适性、安全性最直接的措施,特别就是对驾驶与乘坐环境的改进尤为显著 良好的人机工程设计会充分考虑操作者的生理、心理等因素与人一车一环境系统的状态,就是实现汽车人性化设计的重要方面人机工程布置还会影响整车内外造型的尺寸,进一步影响整车的总体性能与市场竞争力从某种意义上讲 ,人机工程设计的好坏直接决定了汽车设计水平的高低。
