介词为虚词，不能单独充当句子成分，必须同名词、代词、短语、句子构成介词短语，才能充当句子成分介词短语在句中常作表语、定语、状语和补足语介词的用法比较复杂，在考研复习中须多多注意一．In  1．在…方面（某一范围或空间）内    in this field/aspect/respect; in the sky  2．特征、方式、心情等用in    in a bad mood; in this manner;  3．在（某段时间）内；in the 1980s, in this century  4．穿着, 戴着；in uniform, 用（某种语言、工具等）in French  5．在阳光下，在灯下，在树阴下  6．早、午、晚要用in；年、月、年月、季节、周，阳光、灯、影  7．将来时态in...以后，大处地方用in  8．表示处于什么之中In trouble/danger二．On  1. 关于，论，正在…之中；    be on the rise在上升, on the watch 在监视着  2. 表示“在…之中”，比如，着火，罢工，出差、办公事；休假，准时    On fire, on strike, on business, on holiday, on time  3. 日子、日期、年月日，星期，收音、农场  4. 关于、基础、靠、著论。
