63页HG中华人民共和国化工行业标准HGJ231—2010化学工业建设项目试车工作规范Code for Project Commissioning in Chemical Industry(送审稿)8 月 25日201x-xx-xx 发 布 201x-xx-xx 实 施中 华 人 民 共 和 国 工 业 和 信 息 化 部 发 布前 言本规范根据工业和信息化部《关于印发2009年第一批工业行业标准编制修订计划的通知》精神要求,由中国化学工程集团公司、中国五环工程有限公司、中国天辰工程有限公司、全国化工施工标准化管理中心站、共同对《化学工业大、中型装置试车工作规范》HGJ 231-91修订而成在修订过程中,规范修订组进行了比较广泛的调查研究,认真分析研究原试车规范的原则精神;总结了多年化工项目建设中试车的工作经验,参考了有关国际标准、规范和国际承包合同,吸收了国际知名工程公司对项目试车的要求和常规做法;对送审稿组织了专家审查,广泛地征求意见本规范旨在更完善、准确地阐明如下几方面内容:1)试车与交接验收的进程关系,即:预试车→ 机械竣工(中间交接)→冷试车(联动试车)→热试车(化工投料试车)→性能考核→竣工验收2)预试车、试车(联动试车和投料试车)的含义、活动内容以及技术要求。
