However services under this Sub-clause 4(h) shall not include negotiation of the sale agreement or transfer of ownership of the Vessel;(i) arranging for the supply of provisions unless provided by the Owners; and(j) arranging for the sampling and testing of bunkers.确保船舶符合船旗国的法规要求；确保符合国际平安管理(ISM)规那么；确保符合国际船舶和港口设施保安(ISPS)规那么；提供适任之人力管理及监督船舶的维修及整体效能；按船东的要求和标准安排及监督船舶进卜坞、维修、改装及保养，但为确保船舶符合船级社的 要求及建议、船旗国及营运地区的法律，管理人有权产生必要的费用：安排供应必需的物料、配件及滑油；管理人认为必要时，委聘验船师及技术顾问；按照船东指示，根据船舶买卖协议监督管理船舶的买卖和实物交割。

但是本条款(4(h))下的 服务不包括船舶买卖协定或船舶所有权转让的谈判；(i) 安排食物的供应，船东有供应除外；(j) 安排油舱的取样及检测5«Crew Management and Crew Insurances船员管理和船员保险(a) Crew Management(only applicable if agreed according to Box 7)The Managers shall provide suitably qualified Crew who shall comply with the requirements of STCW 95.The provision of such crew management sendees includes, but is not limited to, the following services: (a)船员管理(仅在本协议第7栏显示议定的情况下方适用)管理人根据STCW95的规定提供适任船员，此项管理服务包括但不限于以下：(i) selecting, engaging and providing for the administration of the Crew, including, as applicable, payroll arrangements, pension arrangements, tax, social security contributions and other mandatory dues related to their employment payable in each Crew member's country of domicile;(i)筛选及聘用船员，提供适当的船员管理，包括薪金、退休金安排、税赋、社会保险费的缴纳及每个船 员所属国家强制要求应付的与职业相关的款项；(ii) ensuring that the applicable requirements of the law of the Flag State in respect of rank, qualification and certification of the Crew and employment regulations, such as Crew。
