9、mm,接头两端长度均等。B电渣压力焊接头连接每种规格接头钢筋的接头试件不少于3根（每500个接头，同规格同材料)，不足500个也作为一个验收批。 钢筋取样需由钢筋工长、取样见证人（甲方、监理代表）、现场质量员四方监督试验工共同取样，取样后由试验工与取样见证人共同将试样送往实验站检验,检验完毕后仍由试验工及取样见证人共同前往实验站取回实验结果报告单。报告单除试验工自留一份以外，应交给现场资料管理员一份作为存档资料.3、技术准备钢筋工程施工前,要编制科学合理的、有可操作性的技术交底书。并向操作班组进行口头及书面交底.4、机械准备钢筋加工车间内配备二台弯曲机，一台调直机、二台切断机,离车间北（靠建筑物)3M设对焊机一台.在加工基础钢筋前应将各种机械调整就位、固定稳固.钢筋加工车间用钢管搭设防护棚，上铺一层竹架板，架板下盖石棉瓦,以确保施工人员的安全及雨天正常作业.机械及设施安排：钢筋调直机 一台 标尺台（9m）1个弯曲机二台 工作台（7008500)1个切断机 二台 摇手扳6-10共4套 对焊机 一台 直口扳14、12各1个切割机 二台 工作台(4009000)1个直螺纹加工机 二台四、钢筋的加工钢筋的加工须先结合图纸及变更，核对钢筋配料单，无误后方可配料。1. 钢筋的连接钢筋采用闪光对焊时,要求电压上下浮动不得超过5%,须焊接的钢筋两端头平纹部分对齐，接头无横向裂纹及明显烧伤,接头处的弯折角度不得大于3度，接头处的轴线偏移不得大于钢筋直径的0.1倍，且不得大于2mm,加工出的钢筋必须长度准确。为确保钢筋焊接质量,要求无论闪光对焊，电渣压力焊都必须是专业培训的持证
