If Deviations are expected or found countermeasures have to be defined with the respective Material control area -Check and assure availability of required tools, fixtures, etc. for planned production Control of Production Program -Supervision and coordination of Production according to Detail Program Schedule; Control of production program reliability; Coordination of delays; Analysis of Problems including continues improvement process Coordination of Tryout and Pre Series Production -Include requirements for Tryout and Pre Series productions in Production program, processing and adaptation of Master data (incl.
