2页外资行政岗位职责 外资银行行政专员(前台位置)-深圳 上海世邦魏理仕智达自控有限公司关联公司 上海世邦魏理仕智达自控有限公司关联公司 PURPOSE OF ROLE : This role is responsible for: nAdministering the front desk activities and ensuring good customer experience for SCB’s customers nResponsible for branch’s facility management, banking support services, security and EHS activities nSupport facilities management activities with regional team for all branches within the city nRepresent Property and CBRE to demonstrate One Voice and One team for the Spartan project. Support and protecting SCB’s brand awareness and value as the first priority. PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES : n Performing front desk management activities while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette. nResponsible for handling enquiries and internal /external call transfers. nWelcoming, informing and guiding visitors including co-ordination with employees. nGreeting and escorting all clients to respective meeting rooms as and when required. nCoordinating and support all FM related activities with regional manager for branches in its cities. nPreparing and support invoices and payment for the branches in your respective city. nReviewing and closing customer request/work orders for your respective branches nSupervising and support local 3rd party vendor’s performance and activities across all branches in the city nCo-ordinate and support cleaning, security and EHS activities for the branches in your respective city nResponding to local emergencies via co-ordination as local city support nOther assigned tasks as required REQUIREMENT PROFILE: nExcellent communication skills and customer service abilities nBasic computer and helpdesk knowledge is desirable nExperience in Facilities management is a preference nGraduate in any field nRelevant prior work experience in customer care or as an administrative assistant is preferred. 。
