从成为一名英语教师后，我以为，想作为一名好的教师，你一定有特别好的专业知识，你的人品和你的知识同样重要，一名好的英语教师一定特别热忱，你一定爱你的学生和尊敬他们，同时你也一定尊敬你自己，而且以你的工作为骄傲一名好的老师他一定和善，英勇，而且乐于帮助孩子，你要让你的孩子有一份内驱力，让他们主动去学习，而不是被动去学我给大家讲个真切的故事，昨年我们班来了一个男孩，他的名字叫 -刘磊，他看上去是那样的默不作声，没有同龄孩子的开朗与爽朗，在上课的时候不敢高声的回答下列问题，当我让他到前面做对话的时候他甚至都大哭了一场，连看大家一眼都不敢，声音低的就像在说耳语同样，我深知这是他对自己没有信心而且缺少必需的鼓舞所造成的因此，以后我每次上课都给他表现的时机，而且每次我都鼓舞他说：jake 你此次比上一次有进步，同时我也让全班的同学一同为他鼓掌，我也告诉他的妈妈在家也多鼓舞孩子，只需看到他的进步就表扬他，一天一天的过去了，我欣喜的发现孩子真的进步了，此刻他能主动举手回答下列问题，主动的参加游戏，成绩也有了很大的提高他妈妈很快乐的告诉我他的孩子有进步了，每次从中信下学后老是滔滔不绝的跟她说他学到了什么，而且成绩也是大幅度提高，我作为他的老师真的为他的进步而喜悦，我领会到了空前的成就感！这种成就感是任何东西都取代不了的。
