机加工质量工程师岗位职责 质量工程师(机加工或装配) 工作职责: 1. Being in charge of routine quality control,for example: customer complaint, Incoming process, In-process quality control final quality control.负责日常质量控制工作,客户投诉,来料检验、过程控制及产品终检等 2. Set up quality inspection standard.建立质量检验标准 3. Check final inspection report from Quality Inspector to ensure quality is eligible for contract requirements.审核终检质量报告,确保产品质量符合订单要求 4. Be responsible for analyzing complaints from customers, working out correction plan and replying to customers. 分析客户投诉问题,制定改善措施,及时与客户进行沟通 5. Coach and manage a small team if applicable. 根据工作需要,进行人员指导和管理 6. Assist Purchasing Department to evaluate technical condition of new suppliers. 协助采购部门进行新供应商评估 7. Work with other departments, assist in the implementation of continuous improvement teams. 与相关部门合作,推动持续改善工作 8. Set up standard work process to IPQC/IQC team. 对IPQC/IQC团队建立标准化的流程 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Machinery or Measurement related机械制造、测量或相关专业,本科学历; 2. Above 5 years Quality management experience in Mechanical industry 5年以上机械行业质量管理工作经验; 3. Good capability on recognition graph有很强的识图能力; 4. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, APQP熟练掌握质量管理有关知识与工具(例如: SPC, FMEA, APQP 等) 5. Accountability and teamwork spirits高度工作责任感和团队合作意识. 6. Be familiar with project management process熟悉新项目管理流程 7. Know well about ISO ISO9001:2000 熟悉ISO9001:2000质量管理体系; 8. Skillfull at PC and MS office suit 能熟练操作计算机和常用办公软件(如:office 2003); 9. Good communication skills良好的沟通能力; 10. Good English in listenin, speaking, reading and written良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
