In this role, you will be responsible to: Business Development -Understand prospects’ needs and requirements, support Managing Director to prepare proposals to meet the prospects’ requirements and lead the pitch team to win new clients. -Achieve the annual budget. Clients Management -Maintain close client relations, guide clients with strategic consultation. -Guide consultants to provide superb service to clients. -Be involved in annual planning, monthly meetings etc. and guide the team to be more strategic. -Quality control of important tasks. Team Management Development -Motive the team to work together towards the business objectives. -Have weekly, monthly and yearly review with the team, develop team’s professional skills. -Organize knowledge sharing meetings and compile successful cases timely. Requirements: -Graduated from top universities with bachelor degree or above. -Over 6 years work experience in public relations marketing communications. -Agency experience is necessary. -Candidate should have his/her insights on PR marketing communications and can present the insights at industry events. -Excellent skills in both oral and written English. -Good management skills, understand how to manage a team. 。
