RD结构设计工程师岗位职责 结构设计工程师 RD Engineer 苏世博(南京)减振系统有限公司 苏世博(南京)减振系统有限公司,苏斯帕,苏斯帕(南京)减震系统,苏世博 职责描述: 1. 分析客户产品需求,评估可行性,并根据客户需求和技术规范进行产品创新设计和应用方案的新设计 Review and evaluate the feasibility of customer requirement. Develop and innovate new products application solutions according to customer requirement and technical specification. 2. 承担项目管理工作,管理新品开发项目,从客户需求调研直到项目投产,其中包括成本分析,设计方案,产品设计,资源协调,计划管理等 Manage project for new products from customer inquiry review to SOP as a project manager, including cost analysis, design proposal, product design, resource coordinating, plan management, and so on. 3. 根据市场需求改进并优化现有产品性能 Optimize the design or improve the performance of existed products to meet the requirements from marketing. 4. 按照公司流程完成相关的新零部件开发和零部件认可(含新零部件和现有零部件切换) Response for part development and part approval, following the process. 5. 处理内外部技术问题,对内部团队提供技术支持(如质量,采购,生产等) Handle the internal external technical issues and provide technical support for the teams (Quality, Purchasing, Production, etc.) 任职要求: 1. 本科或硕士学历,机电一体化类相关专业 Bachelor or master degree in Mechatronics engineering. 2. 3年以上产品开发和项目管理经验,具备汽车行业机械/电机应用类产品开发和结构设计经验从优。

有欧美企业工作经验优先 Product and project management experience for at least 3 years, preferably in automotive industry with mechanical or motor application products. Better with working experience in European or American companies. 3. 良好的英语读、写及口语表达能力,有德语能力为佳;熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用office软件;熟练掌握至少一门工程软件,如Solidwork, CAD, CATIA等 Good at written and spoken English. Better with German. Good command of MS office. Good command of at least one engineering software like Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. 4. 良好的沟通和谈判技能,能适应出差,必要时可在海外半年期派驻。

Good communication and negotiation skills. Business trip or stay oversea for half a year if needed. 。
