6、6 DEVELOPMENT 程序6.1 IDENTIFICATION PROCEDUREFrom the incoming material to the final product dispatch, the ide ntificati on and traceability shall be con duct asA nnex 9.1 attached.从进料到最终产品发货，标识和追溯性按附件9.1的要求执行。Note/ 注：When required by product ion, storage or pipe repair purpose, the bun dle of tubular material may n eed to be split, the new bundle number shall be createdto the new bundle in computer system.当生产、贮存或钢管修理要求时，可能需对原有的捆（管材）进行拆分，并在电脑系统中添加新捆号。During product ion processes, new bun dle nu m

7、bershall be createdfor the product in computer system for the follow ing con diti on:在生产过程中，以以下条件下产品应在电脑系统中创建新的捆号： After the swagi ng and stress relief or rusti ng removal process, before sending to a temporary storage area.在环锻锻和应力消除工序，送往临时贮存区之前。 After make-up process, before sending to a temporary storage area. 在拧接工序，送往临时贮存区之前。 Reject ion in the middle of processes.过程中的不合格品。The new bun dle shall be taggedwith at least 1 tags, with the follow ing in formati on: WO#, Heat #, Bun dle #, Grade, OD,

8、 Wall, Piece count, pipe #, Status, Location. And record all the information into computer system.新捆应附加至少一个标签，标签包含以下信息：工作单号、炉号、捆号、钢级、外径、壁厚、数量、 管号、产品状态、位置。并把信息录入电脑系统中。In additi on, after the final step WMS process, before sending toa temporary storage area, the new bun dle number shall be createdto the new bundle in APT system. The information on the tags is similar to above. 另外，在最终工序一WMS工序，在送到临时贮存区之前，新的捆号应在APT系统中创建新的捆号。标签信息与以上类似。Before shipp ing the material out, SC logistics shall check and rem

9、ove all the temporary tags在 发货前，供 应链物流应检查并除去所有临时的标签。6.2 API MONOGRAM PROCEDURE1. The API Mono gram can on ly be used in TQSP after gran ted as API Lice nsee.API会标在获得API执照后方可且只使用在泰纳瑞斯青岛工厂。2. API product mono gram marking shall follow API 5CT and API Q1 latest vers ion and shall be applied bythe WMS operator accord ing to the releva nt Process Con trol List issued by the Tech nical Assista nti n which the marking template is defi ned. The API Mono gram shall be applied at the positi on beh ind the API lice nse nu mber and before the manu facture date n ear the coupli ng end of the con forma nee pipe.
