2、表示，平均分子量1 0601100，熔点108，密度1.65g/cm3。氯化石蜡-70的化学稳定性好，在常温下不与水、氧化剂、稀碱溶液反应。它无味、无毒，可溶于多种有机溶剂(如丙酮、甲乙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、四氯化碳、三氯乙烷、)，但不溶于水和低级醇类(如甲醇、异丙醇和正丁醇氯化石蜡是石蜡氯化得到的产品，当氯质量分数为70%时称氯化石蜡-70。氯化石蜡-70又称氯烃等)。参照沈阳化工股份有限公司氯蜡-70装置，设计了年产2300吨氯蜡装置的工艺设计. 本设计以液态石蜡和氯气为原料，热氯化的方法生产氯化石蜡-70。主要确定了氯化石蜡的生产工艺，由火车槽车运来的精重蜡，用泵卸入蜡贮罐，在贮罐内脱水后用泵打入三楼蜡高位槽，经转子流量计流入硅胶吸附塔和活性碳吸附塔，由活性碳吸附塔出来的蜡进入精制蜡罐，再用泵打入三楼计量罐，定量加入氯化槽，氯化所产生的尾气经缓冲罐送去合成盐酸，氯化所得的氯化石蜡送精制槽脱酸精制后包装。本设计对氯化段进行了热量衡算和物料衡算，对精制段进行了物料衡算，并对蜡储罐、泵、高位槽、低位槽、氯化槽、换热器、精制槽、尾气分离器、缓冲罐、碱循环罐和稳定剂罐等生产设备进行了工艺参
