      没有生产质量管理优势,势必在竞争中处于劣势各发达国家和许多发展中国家都高度重视生产质量管理和产品服务质量,并把赢得和保持生产质量管理优势作为经济发展战略的重要目标和争夺世界市场的主要武器振兴经济和发展经济只能依靠质量的革命,贸易保护主义和货币贬值并不能真正解决问题,也难以建立长期的、有效的竞争优势与此同时,一个以提高生产质量管理与产品服务质量为中心的管理革命已在世界各国掀起一些有远见的企业家都把当今时代看成一个质量竞争的时代,都在围绕着“质量既是挑战,又是机遇”这一主题改善经营管理,发展科学技术,培训高级管理和技术人才,不断开拓质量方面的新领域和潜在需求,努力寻找更多更好的机会,以质量求生存、以质量求发展是正确的经营之道随着人们对生产质量管理理论实践应用经验的分析和研究的深入,生产质量管理的理论、方法也在不断地创新、丰富、发展和完善,及时了解这些生产质量管理理论的新成果、新发展,把握这些理论和方法的变化和发展趋势,对促进自身生产质量管理水平的提高具有重要的意义本文结合生产质量管理的相关理论,针对上海航空电器有限公司生产质量管理现状,从生产质量管理以事后控制为主、生产环境较为混乱、对材料供应商质量要求不够具体和缺乏规范的操作方法指导和培训四个方面分析了提出的问题。

      并提出了相应的改善如:建立事先预防,事中控制,事后总结的全过程质量管理意识、大力推行生产现场的6S管理、明确对材料供应商的质量要求和加强员工培训工作,提高员工操作技能主要写上海航空电器有限公司在生产质量管理过程中所碰到问题与改进措施关键词:质量管理 质量成本 培训 效果分析AbstractIn the international market, products, services, resources and technology competition is very fierce, and production quality management is to participate in the competition of permit to enter the market. No production quality management advantages, will be at a disadvantage in the competition. In the developed countries and many developing countries have attached great importance to product quality management and quality of products and services, and to win and maintain production quality management as an important goal of economic development strategy and the main weapon for the world market. Economic revitalization and economic development can only rely on the quality of the revolution, trade protectionism and currency devaluation does not really solve the problem, it is difficult to establish long-term, effective competitive advantage. At the same time, one to improve production quality management and quality of products and services for the management of the center has set off a revolution in the world. With the analysis and study of the production quality management theory and practice experience deeply, theory, method of producing quality management is in constant innovation, enrich, develop and perfect, timely understanding of new achievements, the production and quality management theory development, grasp the changes and development trend of these theories and methods, has important to promote their own production quality management level.In this paper, combined with the theory of the production of quality management, the quality management status of production of Shanghai Aviation Electrical Appliance Co Ltd, from the production of quality management in the event of control, production environment is more chaos, the material supplier quality requirements are not specific enough and analyzes the problem of lack of operating method for the specification of four guidance and training. And put forward the corresponding improvement such as: the establishment of prevention, process control, quality management awareness, the whole process of summary to the implementation of 6S management, production site for supplier quality requirements and intensify staff training, improve staff skills. Write mainly about Shanghai Aviation Electric Appliance Limited company encountered problems and improvement measures in the production process 。
