轻资产版、轻资产3C版地下室不设置机械停车及非机动车停车[Cost Saving Proposal Version B, Cost Saving Proposal Version D]– 1/F: Areas without civil defence 4.6m (No supermarkets), Areas with civil defence 5.2m (No supermarkets), (Back of house walkway’s floor-to-ceiling height not less than 3.6m);– 2/F: 3.8m;–Cost Saving Proposals & Cost Saving Proposal Version 3C’s basement do not provide car parking for machinery & non-motorised vehicles.【电影院】层高结合建筑设计, 一般为两层高, 设置在娱乐楼3层以上, 层高10m以上, 有2000㎡夹层, 放映厅净高8～9m, IMAX厅层高15.5m, 净高12.5m;[Cinemas] Storey combined architectural design, normally is 2-storey high, setting on Level 3 & above of the entertainment building, storey height ≥ 10m, including a 2000m2 mezzanine, screening room’s floor-to-ceiling height is 8 ~ 9m, IMAX hall’s storey height is 15.5m, floor-to-ceiling height is 12.5m.【商管用房】层高≥3.6m (特殊要求详设计);[Business Management Rooms] Storey height ≥ 3.6m (Please refer to detailed design for special requirements).【垃圾压缩间】垃圾压缩间净高不低于3.8m;[Refuse Compressed chute] Floor-to-ceiling height ≥ 3.8m.【集中托管机房】80～100㎡, 净高不低于3.5m 。

[Centralised Plant Room] 80~100m2, Floor-to-ceiling height ≥ 3.5m.建筑Architectural外墙ExternalWall外墙（含保温）External Wall (Including insulation)轻资产B版: 铝板幕墙、玻璃幕墙、天然石材等造价较高饰面占比不高于55%, 橱窗、入口门头、雨蓬、地弹门、广告位、格栅占比各约2%, 其余采用无造型涂料幕墙整体展开系数控制在1.15以内Cost Saving Proposal Version B: Aluminium cladding, glazed curtain walls, natural stones facings ratio not higher than 55%, windows, entrance doors, awnings, ground bounces, advertisements, grilles for about 2%, and the rest is ordinary painting. Curtain walls overall expansion coefficient shall be controlled to less than 1.15.轻资产D版: 橱窗、入口门头、雨蓬、地弹门、广告位、格栅占比各约2%, 中空玻璃幕墙占比10%, 其余均采用无造型涂料。

Use advanced LED light lamp or energy-saving fluorescent lamps; advertising cloth edges have hinged devices with banner tension devices.室外LED屏External LED Screen1.室外LED屏每个广场户外只设置一块1. External LED screens each external square setting only 1.2.室外LED屏的大小需控制在100-120平米2. External LED screens’ sizes to be controlled to 100-120m2.3.室外LED屏的宽高比为4:3或16:9均可, 点间距为P143. External LED screens width / height ratio of can be either 4:3 or 16:9, dot pitch is P14.4.室外LED屏正面到安装背衬面的距离不得小于1米4.
