43页中南民族大学 硕士学位论文 论教师专业发展视角下的我国高师教育实习改革 姓名:姚付芳 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:教育学原理 指导教师:杨卫东 20090601 中南民族大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 教师专业化是世界性的教育发展趋势 ,当前我国教师教育政策改革的根本目的在 于实现教师职业专业化为了促进教师专业化的发展 ,我国现行的高师教育应从课程 结构、培养模式、训练方式等方面进行进一步的改革高师院校的学生实习是教师专业 发展的重要环节,是理论在实践中接受检验的过程,为从事教师职业者提供了教育体验 和教育水平提高的平台但是,当前师范教育实践中存在着脱离中小学教学实际,重知 识,轻能力,重理论轻实践,重课堂教学轻教育实习的现象,并没有把教育实习放在突 出的重要的地位,从而导致了高等师范院校的实习效率低下的困境教育实习作为教学 理论联系实际的重要方式,是一门多科性、综合性、实践性较强的必修课,它是提高高 师院校教学质量的重要途径通过教育实习,让师范生融入中小学教育教学活动中,使 学生在短时间内强化从师素质,获得宝贵的教学经验,训练和提高从师能力,有助于学 生提高自我认识,客观地评价自己,切实了解教师职业的甘苦与神圣,认识到学好知识 的重要性,增强教师责任感和职业道德,做好个人角色向社会角色的转变,顺利实现教 师专业发展的第一步,为以后的工作打下坚实的专业基础。
同时,教育实习是检验高师 教学效果的有效手段,高师师范专业教学效果如何,培养目标达成与否,可通过教育实 习得到充分反馈,不但提高师范生的专业素养,而且也提高了高师院校办学的质量走 出实习的困境,促进教师的专业发展,强化教育实习的实践性地位,培养师范生的从教 能力尤为重要 本文试图从教师专业发展的视角论述我国高师教育实习的现状、存在的问题、及问 题产生的原因,并结合国外高师教育实习的发展趋势,提出我国高师教育实习改革的策 略 文章先对教师专业发展和高师教育实习的概念进行了界定, 分析了教师专业发展的 必要性 然后阐述了高师教育实习在教师专业发展中的重要作用, 并从教育实习的时间、 教育实习的内容、教育实习的管理、教育实习评估体系和教育实习基地五个方面论述了 我国高师教育实习存在的问题,以及产生这些问题的理论原因最后,文章结合国外高 师教育实习改革的经验,从更新教育实习观念、加强制度保障、建设教育实习基地、整 合新型教育实习模式、开通教育实习网站、建立发展性教育评价体系和加强教育实习指 导的过程和方法七个方面提出我国高师教育实习改革的策略 关键词:教师专业发展;教育实习;改革;策略 论教师专业发展视角下的我国高师教育实习改革 II Abstract Teacher education specialization is a worldwide trend of development, China's teacher education policy reform to achieve the fundamental purpose of the professionalization of the teaching profession.
