IV.BREAKINGTHECONTRACT违约条款A,IfthereisnoguaranteetosendtheperformersforPartyAagreedinthecontract,PartyBshouldinformPartyA15workingdayspriortotheperformance.ItisalsoPartyB'sresponsibilitytorecommendsomeotherperformerswhohavethesameskills/expertiseforPartyA.OtherwisePartyAreservestherighttoseekforcompensationfromPartyB.如乙方此后不能为甲方派出约定的演员，乙方应提前15个工作日通知甲方，并有义务向甲方推荐具有同等水平和能力的演员；否则甲方将保留索赔的权力B,BothPartyAandPartyBmustreconfirmthecontractsevendayspriortotheperformance.Afterthereconfirmation,anycancellationofthecontracteitherfromPartyAorPartyBwillberegardedastheviolationofthecontractConsequently,whoevercancelledthecontractwillpayanotherparty50%ofthetotalservicefeeasthecompensationoftheviolatingthecontract.甲、乙双方须在演出前一周（七天）予以最后确认演出合同，之后届时无论哪方取消演出，均视为单方违约行为，并须向对方支付50%标的的违约金。
