My birthday is on April 4th.就生日日期展开问答教学准备:教科书,课件教学过程:Step 1:Warm up1.Review the numbers: one, first~five, fifth(师生互说基数词与序数词,说几个有代表性的) 。
2.T: When is your mother’s birthday? /father’s day…Ss: It’s on…(用42页的图片)3.教师带领学生拍手唱Happy birthday,并调查今天有谁过生日,进行课前热身活动,激发学生参与热情Step 2:Presentation1.Let’s try(1)教师出示Let’s try板块的图片,提问Who’s this baby? 引导学生猜测教师说He’s Mike’s new cousin. When is the baby’s birthday? Listen and tick.(2)学生听录音,完成听音选生日日期的练习3)再次播放录音,学生逐句跟读并释义 (4)教师出示一张3月5日出生的小孩图片,然后师生展开问答,为新课教学做铺垫教师讲解too的用法:“too”表示“也,又,还”的意思too常置于句末,并用逗号将其与句中其他部分隔开2.Let’s talk (1)师生对话,互相询问对方的出生日期,并引出That’s my ...’s birthday,too!教师适时板书:When is your birthday? My birthday is on…请学生跟读、拼读。
2)教师问Do you love your mum? 教师继续说:What will your mother do for your birthday? When is your mother’s birthday? Do you know? 帮助学生回答3)教师播放Let’s talk 录音,学生听音并模仿跟读,注意语音和语调4)教师提问:What will Chen Jie do for her mother on April 4th? Does Mike like Chinese noodles? Why? 引导学生回答?(5)学生打开课本自主阅读,寻找相关信息来判断自己的答案是否正确6)教师板书What will you do for your…? I’ll…然后说Chen Jie will cook noodles for her mother. What will you do? 请学生回答、说一说,边表演,做出动作7)请学生翻译重难点句子,做好短语笔记8)教师进行重难点短语或句子点拨Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.“小小配音员”:播放let’s talk,静音,学生分角色模仿并朗读对话,两人一组练习后表演对话。
2.Role play: 利用多媒体出示教材第41页出现的拓展词汇及其图片,学习词汇并在小组内朗读数遍,引导学生用核心句型编对话3. 教师请学生拿出课前准备好的彩笔和爱心卡或彩色纸,说:Please write your mother’s birthday note on the paper.What do you want to say to your mother? Please write some sweet words and draw some nice pictures.学生写下对妈妈的生日祝福Step 4: Homework1. 诵读核心句型2. 和小伙伴一起表演对话,创编新的对话板书设计:Unit 4 When is Easter?When is your birthday?My birthday is on…What will you do for your mum?I’ll cook noodles for her.教学反思:本课时复习和巩固句型When is…? My…is on…和What will you do…?I’ll…,要求学生能在日常交际中灵活运用此句型询问日期时间和将要做的事并能作答。
同时要求学生会描述自己打算做的事本课时还有一个重要的语言点就是介词for表对象的用法。
