57页1、I粉煤灰浮选脱碳技术研究粉煤灰浮选脱碳技术研究摘要摘要粉煤灰曾作为燃煤企业的固体废弃物,随着先进关键技术的研发和推广,现在对于粉煤灰的开发利用逐步展开。粉煤灰的含碳量高,烧失量也高,严重制约粉煤灰的综合利用与商品化。为了降低粉煤灰中的含碳量和充分利用资源,本文将从粉煤灰的结构、用途等方面来描述粉煤灰的利用现状、研究动态与最新进展,预测粉煤灰综合利用的发展趋势和应用前景,并确定了从粉煤灰中除去未燃烬炭的比较合理的浮选实验工艺。笔者进行了大胆地尝试,在实验室原有粉煤灰原料的基础上,重新选定粉煤灰实验入选物料,以轻柴油为捕收剂, 2#油作起泡剂,采用“一粗一精一扫”浮选流程,可使精选精矿烧失量达到 50%以上, 扫选尾灰烧失量在 5%以下, 尾灰产率约 32.77%,使得达到一定的标准,有一定的市场价值。关键词:关键词:粉煤灰 脱碳 浮选内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业论文The Technology of Removing Carbon from Fly Ash by FlotationAbstractFly ash was used as solid waste coal enterprises
