3、;          摘要摘要自党的十八大以来，以的党中央高举反腐倡廉的大旗，党内、军队内部和政府部门狠抓作风建设，各项限制招待用酒的政策先后出台，白酒业特别是高端白酒行业受到了一定程度的冲击。作为白酒行业的龙头企业，宜宾五粮液股份有限公司（股票代码：）2013 年的业绩大幅度下降。但是从行业性质和生命周期来看，白酒业在中国传承上千年，加之传统消费习惯和居民可支配收入增加的影响，白酒的刚性需求仍然很大。本文运用哈佛分析框架对宜宾五粮液股份有限公司的发展战略、主要会计政策和会计估计、财务数据指标和未来的发展前景进行了定性和定量分析。本文的核心内容是依据哈佛分析框架的主要步骤展开的：基于五粮液内外部环境分析的基础上采用 PEST 分析工具、行业生命周期、SWOT 分析工具对五粮液的战略进行分析，采用比率分析法、比较分析法和趋势分析法对五粮液的会计和财务信息进行分析，最后在战略、会计和财务分析的基础上对五粮液作出前景预测。本文的最终结论是五粮液股份有限公司 2013 年度财务状况、经营成果和现金流情况的恶化应当是由于国家政策变动导致的暂时性调

4、整，公司只是进入了调整期而不是衰退期，公司基本的财务面和竞争优势没有改变，未来只要相关政策及时跟进，公司可以实现可持续发展。因此，本文建议五粮液在这样一种背景下，应当转变营销策略，注重拓展互联网销售模式，同时加强成本控制和资产管理。关键词：哈佛分析框架；财务报表分析；五粮液北京交通大学硕士专业学位论文                      ABSTRACTABSTRACTSince the 18th national congress of the communist party of China held in Beijing,  became the general secretary of the CPC and tried to eradicate corruption. From that time, the Communist Party of China, Chinese army and Chinese government encouraged

5、to practice strict economy and combat waste. The restrictions on the government policies about the consumption of liquor have been promulgated. Liquor industry, especially high-end liquor industry has a certain degree of impact.  As the liquor industry leading enterprises, the performance of substantial of WULIANGYE YIBIN CO., LTD. (Stock Code: ) decline in 2013. On the other hand, from the point of the nature of the industry and the life cycle perspective, there are thousands of years for

6、the liquor industry in the Chinese tradition. Coupled with the traditional consumption habits and the impact of disposable income increases, the rigid demand remains strong.In this paper, we used the Harvard Analysis Framework to analysis the development strategy, major accounting policies and accounting estimates of WULIANGYE YIBIN CO., LTD., financial data and the future prospects for the development. The core content of this paper is on the basis of analysis of the main steps of the framework

7、 of Harvard: basic analysis of WULIANGYE YIBIN CO., LTD., internal and external environment by using PEST analysis tool, the strategy of industry life cycle, SWOT analysis tool. We used the ratio analysis method, comparative analysis, trend analysis to analysis the accounting and financial information of the WULIANGYE YIBIN CO., LTD. Finally, we made a forecast on the basis of development strategy, accounting and financial analysis.The final conclusion of this paper is that annual financial stat

8、us, operating results and cash flow of the deterioration of the situation of WULIANGYE YIBIN CO., LTD. in 2013 should just be a temporary adjustment of national policy changes. The company entered a period of adjustment rather than a recession. As long as the company basic financial and competitive advantage has not changed, the company could achieve sustainable development in the future.
