It pr

3、ovides the necessary information to fully understand piling hazards and the procedures to ensure the work is performed in a safe and controlled manner. 本标准目的是概要说明安全、环保地开展打桩工作的岗位、职责、以及程序。它提供必要的信息，帮助人们完全了解打桩工作的危险和相关程序，以确保工作以安全和受控的方式进行。2.0 Scope 范围This Piling Operation Safety Standard covers work performed by contractors and their subcontractors at UBR project field.本打桩作业安全标准覆盖在UBR项目现场的承包商及其分包商作业。This Standard applies to types of piling work, e.g. Continuous Flight Auger Piling; Rotary Bored Piling

Energy used to generate the force includes steam, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electronic vibration. 利用竖向力反复冲击将桩材打入土壤的机器，用来生成力的动力可包括蒸汽、气动、液压或电动振动。Pile Extractor拔桩机A tool to extract previously driven steel piles without creating any noise or potentially damaging vibrations. 用来拔出已经打入的钢桩的工具，不至造成噪音或任何潜在危害性的振动。Piling Tongs 打桩夹钳Piling tongs are clamping jaws which hold the pile reliably and without damaging them. 打桩夹钳是用来妥善抓住工程桩、不造成桩损害的夹爪。Sheet Piling 板桩Means a continuous vertica

7、ifficult access of confined working space. 用来施打现场内进出不便的受限制作业空间内小尺寸的钻孔桩。4.0 Roles and Responsibilities岗位和职责4.1 UBR Project Director/PM /UBR项目总监和项目经理The UBR PD /PM has the overall responsibility for this procedure and is responsible for supporting it and for ensuring that all entities at the jobsite actively participate.UBR项目总监/项目经理对该程序全面负责，确保项目现场所有单位积极参与其中。The PD/PM is responsible for providing the personnel, facilities, and other resources necessary to effectively implement this procedure.项目总监/项
