1、Guidelines: Monthly Powerpoint Category File.- This PPT now only includes ranges in Development & approved Tactical ranges.- To be broadcasted on the 1st of each month (or days following if w/end or Asia public holiday).- Please submit all slides in DEVELOPMENT by 28th of each month. (or earlier if on w/end or public holiday).- Please state estimated launch “month” on all DEV slides. If range is due to launch in same month as file broadcast, then we need an estimated “date” for launch.- If you r

2、equire help with new images, please let me know and I can help to co-ordinate with Alex/Inmun.- If you are out of the office, please send info earlier or co-ordinate with me so I can help with your slides.- Please ensure your landed pricing is in local currency (US$/Asia & /Europe).- If applicable, please include testing & tooling costs.- For Tactical slides, please add note on client, country and “completion” date.- I will save copy of decks on Zdrive, so you can retrieve your slides and send u

4、 so I can check/summarize ahead of our Friday morning meetings.- Two separate files now, for Design & Development, please update both and add any new projects that you are working on.- Please add date in brackets after all Sourcing/QA/creative comments; please keep comments brief & precise. (columns: P, AC & AJ)- Please double check weekly if your planning dates have passed and update accordingly. (no old dates should be showing). All planning dates in “blue”.- If you are not in the office on a Thurs or Friday, please send me an email with key project points/changes.- Please copy me on all emails that have an impact on timelines/launch date.
