1、AbstractWith the development of communication, transportation, and economic globalization, intercultural communication becomes more and more frequent and international competition become fiercer. Therefore, it is particularly important for Business English major students to strive to improve their professional business knowledge and the skills of crosscultural communication. Meanwhile, more and more theories on Intercultural Communication Competence have been introduced into China, and Business

2、English teaching in China has begun to put emphasis on the cultivation of students ICC, but the results are far from satisfactory. Therefore, this thesis makes an attempt on the content and measures of the cultivation of students ICC in the learning of Business English.This paper is a good study of the basic content of ICC, the importance of ICC in Business English learning. It introduces the definitions and characteristics of communication, culture and intercultural communication, discusses the

3、 connotations and components of ICC. Based on the discussion on ICC, this paper explores the importance and necessity of ICC, and finally puts forward some strategies on how to cultivate ICC in the learning of business English. This paper is aimed to help people better understand the importance of intercultural communication, and to achieve their intention in business English communication by adopting some effective strategies to cultivate the ICC.Key words: intercultural；communicative competenc

4、e；cultivation；business English learning摘 要随着国际交往、交通以及世界经济全球化的发展，各种跨文化交流活动的日益频繁，国际竞争日趋激烈。因此努力提高自身商务领域专业知识和跨文化交际能力对商务英语专业的学生来说尤为重要。与此同时，有关跨文化交际能力的理论被越来越多地引入到中国，我国的商务英语教学也开始注重学生跨文化交际能力的培养，但是效果不尽人意。因此，本文就如何在商务英语学习中培养学习者跨文化交际能力的内容和方法上进行了尝试性的探索。本文阐述了跨文化交际能力的基本内容和跨文化交际能力在商务英语学习中的重要性，详细介绍了交际和文化的定义及特点，探讨了跨文化交际的定义，以及语言, 文化, 交际三者之间的关系。回顾了语言能力和交际能力，重点介绍了跨文化交际能力的概念及组成，介绍了商务英语的定义及特点，提出了商务英语学习中跨文化交际能力培养的内容及方法。同时强调了跨文化交际能力在商务英语学习中的重要性。最后对全文做出总结，希望本文的研究研究有助于人们在商务英语沟通中更好的理解和运用沟通策略来实现自己的意图，帮助人们进行有效成功的交际。关键词：跨文化；交际
