山东大学留学生奖学金申请指南依据教育部《中国政府专项奖学金-高校研究生项目实施细则 》 ，山东大学作为自主招生院校之一，负责招收全日制在校硕士层次及以上的研究生一、 奖学金类型及标准 中国政府奖学金（全额奖学金） 名额：30 名 奖学金标准：免学费、住宿费、注册费、基本教材费等提供医疗保险费：RMB600 元/年提 供 生 活 费：硕士 RMB1,700/月/；博士 RMB2,000 元/月二、 招生类别招收攻读硕士及以上学位学生，学习期限 2-3 年，授课语言为英语或汉语；三、 招生项目1. 中文授课专业：山东大学所有专业均对留学生开放；2. 英文授课专业： 生物医学和临床医学硕士、博士 国际关系硕士 经济学硕士—中国经济研究3. 对外汉语专业及汉语国际教育专业以上专业目录及介绍请参阅山东大学国际教育学院网站， 四、 申请条件1. 申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；2. 申请人学历和年龄要求：攻读硕士学位者，须有学士学位，年龄不超过 35 周岁；攻读博士学位者，须有硕士学位，年龄不超过 40 岁；3. 汉语水平考试要求：申请中文授课专业者，汉语水平考试（HSK）等级需达到 5 级 180 分及以上或同等汉语水平。

五、 申请与录取1. 申请材料申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料① 《中国政府奖学金申请表》 （须从网上填写、打印，详见申请程序）② 《外国人体格检查记录》复印件 ③ 护照复印件 ④ 申请陈述（800 字左右，包含报考专业，研究方向） ⑤ 相应的毕业证书、学位证书公证件⑥ 两封专家（副教授及以上职称）推荐信 ⑦ HSK 等级证书2. 申请截止日期2012 年 3 月 16 日3. 申请程序1) 请登陆中国国家留学基金管理委来华留学网上报名信息平台，注册并填写申请表，打印、签字后连同其他申请材料提交至我校；我校代码：104222) 申请资料以邮寄或面交的方式送达山东大学国际教育学院；3) 国际教育学院收到申请之后，将进行审核；符合录取条件者，将发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》 ；4) 申请者可持以上文件到中国驻其所在国使领馆申请来华学习签证，并在规定的时间内到山东大学报到4. 入学手续持 X 签证，按照《山东大学录取通知书》规定的时间到山东大学报到并交验如下材料： 《山东大学录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》 《外国人体格检查记录》原件 护照原件 护照照片 8 张 六、 联系方式：申请人可直接与山东大学国际教育学院联系。

The scholarships are as follow: 1. Application Requirements Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health. Education background and age limit:-Applicants for master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.-Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40. Chinese Proficiency Test of applicants for Programs and Specialties taught in Chinese must be of Level 5 and above, or at equivalent level. 5. Application and Admission Application MaterialsThe applicants must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly (in duplicate).a. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (need to be filled in on CSC website and printed, please check Application Procedures)Register on , fill in the form and print it out.The code of Shandong University is 10422.b. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months) filled in English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The medical examination results will be valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take the medical examinationc.
