    • An unforgettable training experience,张强 Johnny2011-07-15,10 days,,Kyle,17 students,Happy Harmonious,I have taken part in the training class and was deeply attracted by Kyle’s beautiful voice.Kyle is our training teacher.,After short greetings,we begin our class.,.I still remember that he ask me to a question “what do you ask when you meet a people for the first time”.I was a little nervous. So I have to work hard.,,After the first day, I surf some information on line about the cambridge interchange third edition; It can be divided into four levels , relevant content , additional grammar practice , and opportunities to develop speaking and writing skills are included in each unit .,After ten day `s learning of interchange,I know why the book is suggested from teachers and students all over the world . As far as I’m concerned , there are three advantages the interchange bring to us .,First of all , students can learn the practical English easily by this book . During the training class,I have found that I have to improve my English expecial for spoken English .I also have to try my best to improve my writing .,Secondly, learner`s communicated skills are greatly improved after learning this book . I have known some grammar and unfamiliar words used in spoken English such as remote control ,wither…,Last but not the least , the concept and structure are very good . Kyle always keep us in a high interesting of learning English . Such as role-play …It is a very impressed lesson for me . After learning this even i myself find learn English is so interesting that i must give my students the same class and the same feeling as well .,Kyle was teaching us the grammar focus.,,We are having a role-play.,,,Kyle arouses our interest to learn english. He guides us to do some role play in the afternoon to release our fatigue. And in the morning he usually let students focus on grammar learning . what ’s more , he pays much attention to the ability of students `expression .
