From the day rock music was born, it has kept influencing different generations of men and women.This paper gives a brief introduction of Rock and roll history in the first part. Rock and roll is an important part of western culture. See from its developing steps, 1940s is the first step of it, 1955 to 1964 is the golden decade. The famous Rock and Roll singers include Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, Richie Valens, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, etc. The second part is based on the influence of youth by rock music and musician. Rock and Roll music could help youth unleash emotion, give youth the freedom. But it also has some negative influence about racial problems, and some how the consequences of producing violent Sex, Drugs music. The third part is going to talk about the current situation of rock and roll music today. Today rock and roll music brings a large number new singer, and music class, and still value our study.
