8页3) 0.01欧采样电阻阻标类 勾特征品牌/商标功率分类外形结构特征Vishay/Dale (VA)中功率1W片状型毫欧电阻的温度影响精度测试分析取样电阻的温度影响精度测试分析分流器的精确测试分析分流器是测量直流电流用的,根据直流电流通过阻值很小的电阻时在电阻两 端产生电压的原理制成在实际应用中,要测量一个很大的电流值,没有大量程的电流表测量其电流, 分流器就可以产生作用了分流器两端产生毫伏级直流电压信号,使并接在该分 流器两端的计量表显示电压值,分流器的电阻时定值,通过计算得到实际测量的 电流值但实际生产上,分流器并不是那么精确地电阻值,而且在不同温度条件下, 其阻值也相应的发生微小的变化那么怎么选择最精确地分流器呢?也只能通过 测试来证明所买到的分流器是否准确了下面是采用DF-80A型二极管正向压降测试仪来测试几种分流器的阻值,下 图是本测试所选用的几款分流器和分流器的参数VIKING中功率(1W〜5W)片状型型号/规格PBV R010 0.5%品牌/商标RHOPOINT环保类别功率分类中功率3W/10W精度类别高精度型(<=0.5% )外形结构特征直插片状型(v=l%)(<=1%)(3)参数表测试连接方法在不同温度下,测试分流器的阻值稳定性。
