However, the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids tries to make it a little easier with their Teen Learning Academy. About Jason HannahJason Hannah is the Senior Youth Enrichment Director. He says, “We’ll go in about six different colleges and we have a ton of guest speakers coming in. We don’t push the four- year college; instead, we try to push whatever they love doing.”About this programStudents are able to make new friends and build new connections. “They can create new relationships with students they’ve never seen before,” says Hannah.
