Cracker Barrel does not allow labeling on items if exceeding established Prop 65 settlement limits. If labeling is mandatory per a settlement, vendor shall contact Cracker Barrel at CAProp65@ for further direction. Note: Additional cost, sample size shall meet label claims (if applicable). Weight CPSD-GB-01056- MTHD 1 Report overall weight; shall meet label claims (if applicable). Capacity – volumetric CPSD-HL-06000-MTHD 1 Report overall capacity; shall meet label claims (if applicable). CONSTRUCTION various food materials – Shall resist permanent staining. Specify if the staining location is on the ceramic or the component. Note: Do not rate for rubber component (e.g. Gasket, stopper), report result only Handle strength - loaded CPSD-HL-01027-MTHD 1 Shall withstand 2 times the volume capacity weight @ room temperature and after heating Resistance to leaking CPSD-GB-01058- MTHD 1 [For ceramic dinnerware] Shall be no leakage when half filled with water up for 1 hour. [For ceramic beverage dispensers] Shall be no leakage when fully filled with water up for 8 hours. Surface scratching CPSD-HL-01055-MTHD 1 [For beverage dispensers only] Slide the sample 6 in. (± 1/4 in) forward, in the most unfavorable orientation to make the worst effect, at a rate of approximately 1 in/s and then repeat in reverse direction. Apply force as close to the base of the sample as possible to maintain contact between the sample base and the test surface during sliding. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles over the same area. 1 cycle include a 6 inch forward and backward movement. Record and report any observations such as scratching or gouging. * Surface defects by stain CPSD-GB-01058- MTHD 1 [For ceramic only] Immerse sample in a tank of staining solution (1% Methylene Blue) for 1 minute and wash clear to evaluate if there are surface defects (such as cracks, damages). *Resistance to Freezer to Oven Usage PAS 54, Clause 5.2 CERAM PT36 1 [For ceramic, if claimed] Shall not show any visible adverse effect after staining, cleaning, freezing and oven heating procedure according to PAS 54, Clause 5.2 (CERAM PT36) *Resistance to Freezer to Microwave Usage PAS 54, Clause 5.3 CERAM PT37 1 [For ceramic, if claimed] Shall not show any visible adverse effect after staining, cleaning, freezing and microwave heating procedure according to PAS 54, Clause 5.3 (CERAM PT37) Key: * Additional Charge For This Test ** Mandatory Requirement BV Lab Number: Technician Name: Page 5 of 5 Results Key: Rating Key: M Meets NM Does Not Meet Pass Pass NA Not Applicable NT Not Tested Fail Fail C Claimed R Recorded No. Of Samples Required For Complete Testing: 10 (6 additional for mugs / cups decorated in top 2cm) No. Of (Fully Packed) Cartons For Transit Testing: - Creation Date: FEBRUARY 09, 2006 No. Of Working Days For Complete Testing: 7 Editorial Revision Date: DECEMBER 5, 2017 Pricing Review Date: APRIL 21, 2009 Technical Review Date: 。
