Based on the “immersion concept” for language learning, we introduce the American Scholastic curriculum and its syllabi and put the management under the leadership of a senior American education expert. Now after a full study of the 2006 British national syllabus for 3 to 11 year olds’ development in literacy and mathematics and the Californian state curriculum standards for literacy, mathematics, science and social studies, for 3 to12 year-old children we have redeveloped the curriculum to fit into a bilingual circumstance.
