This leaded to a terrible and passive spirit in the society. 167.Positive and optimistic •Dickens wrote Oliver Twist at the age of 25 , when he was bursting with youthful vigor , imbued with vitality(活力活力) and optimism. In the novel, little Oliver took a positive attitude towards life, brave, kind, clever and with a strong resistible spirit. So he had a happy ending .17。
