通知 京质监发 2014 94号 的要求 由北京三茂建筑工程检测鉴定有限公司 北京市建筑设 计研究院有限公司会同有关单位对 房屋结构安全鉴定标准 DB11 T 637 2009进行修订而成 本标准的主要技术内容是 基本规定 调查与检测 场地 地基和基础 砌体结构 混凝土 结构 钢结构 砖木结构 底层框架砖房和内框架房屋的结构安全性与抗震鉴定和房屋结构综合 安全性鉴定 其中附录A G分别为规范性附录 在修订过程中 编制组分析总结了以前各自进行结构安全鉴定和抗震鉴定存在的弊端 对综 合评定的分级和相应的评价指标进行分析研究 在此基础上 编制组经历了调查 研究 论证 编制等过程 最终审查定稿 本标准修订的主要技术内容是 1 规定了房屋结构安全性鉴定与建筑抗震鉴定的要求和在房屋建筑整体鉴定时应同时进行结 构安全性与建筑抗震鉴定及其综合安全性评级的要求 2 确定了在房屋结构综合安全性评定中应避免对整体构造 同一构件承载能力重复评级的原 则 3 结合北京市既有房屋建筑的实际情况纳入了单层砌体结构房屋和预制装配式大板房屋 内 浇钢筋混凝土墙与外砌砖墙或外挂预制混凝土墙板房屋以及钢结构房屋抗震鉴定的规定 本标准由北京市质量技术监督局 北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市规划委员会共同负责 管理 房屋结构安全鉴定由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会组织实施
