    • 拱顶冷热熔盐储罐焊接施工焊接检验规定 10 Welding inspection10.1 焊缝外观质量检验 10.1 Weld quality visual inspection10.1.1焊接检查前,焊工将熔渣、飞溅处理干净;焊缝表面及热影响区,不得有裂纹、气孔、夹渣、弧坑和未焊满等缺陷;成型要良好,焊缝与母材应圆滑过渡,焊角高度符合设计规定,对接焊缝宽度盖过每边盖过坡口1-2mm为宜10.1.1Prior to checking the welding, the welder should clear the slags and the splashes; the cracks, air-vents, slag inclusions, craters, incompletely filled welding and other defects are not allowed to appear on the surface of the welding seams and the heat affected zone; the formation should be fine, the welding seams and the parent materials should be in rounding off, the fillet height should be in accordance with the design specifications, and the width of the butt welds should exceed the groove at each edge about 1 – 2mm.10.1.2对接焊缝的咬边深度不得大于0.5mm,咬边的连续长度不得大于100mm,焊缝两侧咬边总长度不超过该焊缝总长度的10%;10.1.2The undercut depth of butt welds is not allowed to exceed 0.5mm, the consecutive length of undercut is not allowed to exceed 100mm, and the total undercut length at both sides of welding seams cannot exceed the 10% of the total length of this welding seam.10.1.3底圈壁板与边缘板的T型接头罐内角焊缝应符合设计要求。
