目的：（1）揭示内约束力的心理维度；（2）编制出符合中国人内约束力特点的调查问卷，为江西省社科课题“中国民众内约束力培养机制研究”提供研究工具；（3）采用自编的内约束力问卷进行调查，考察民众内约束力的心理发展特点方法：在文献综述和专家访谈的基础上构建内约束力的心理维度模型；然后根据该结构模型编制内约束力预测问卷进行实证调查；经过问卷调查和因素分析后，形成内约束力正式问卷，采用验证性因素分析的模型拟合优化问卷结构，并检验其信效度；分析正式问卷调查所得 815 份有效数据，从人口统计学角度分析中国人内约束力的发展特点结果：（1）中国人的内约束力呈现多维度的结构，包含五个基本维度：群性认知、友好交往、关怀社会、抵制诱惑和抑制冲动 （2）在构建的心理结构维度上形成的中国人内约束力问卷具有良好的信度与效度，达到了心理测量学的要求，可以作为测量中国人内约束力特点的适宜工具 （3）中国民众内约束力处于中等偏上水平，特别是群性认知、友好交往、抵制诱惑和抑制冲动的水平较高，关怀社会的水平中等 （4）性别、年龄、婚姻状况、是否共产党员和工作单位等变量对内约束力的主效应显著表现为女性内约束力高于男性，内约束力随着年龄的增长呈上升趋势，已婚被试高于未婚被试，党员比非党员的内约束力更高，党政司法系统、事业单位和军人等 3 个群体比农民和在校大中学生的内约束力更高，其中军人的内约束力最高。

结论：内约束力是个体受先天向群性和后天社会化的双重作用所产生的，以向善为取向对自我行为约束的内部力量中国人的内约束力包含五个基本维度：群性认知、友好交往、关怀社会、抵制诱惑和抑制冲动内约束力研究对个人素质提升和社会和谐发展具有重大意义关键词：内约束力；心理维度；问卷编制；问卷调查AbstractIIIABSTRACTToday, our mind becoms open and values becoms multivariate .The external constraint forces were overstretched in binding. Inner Constraint is becoming more and more important. So the research has important theoretical value and practical significance. Theory and empirical studies of Inner Constraint are less at present. System investigation on the Chinese characteristics of Inner Constraint is almost blank. Purpose:(1)disclose the psychological structure of Inner Constraint;(2) development a questionnaere with Chinese characteristics of Inner Constraint, provide research tools for zhe Jiangxi Social Sciences Subject “The research on Cultivation Mechanism of Chinese Inner Constraint”.(3)investigation Chiness Inner Constraint mental state of development characteristics, using the self-designed questionnaire of Inner Constraint.Method: build the psychological structure and the preliminary questionnaire of Chinese Inner Constraint, based on literature review and expert interviews; then according to should the structure model draw up an Chinese Inner Constraint mental state beginning start quantity form to carry on a substantial evidence investigate; Through questionnaire and factor analysis, formation Chinese Inner Constraint mental state formal quantity form; verificationed the theoretical conception of the Inner Constraint Questionnaire and test its reliability and validity using the Structural Equation Modeling;last analysised the Chinese characteristics of Inner Constraint from the perspective of population statistics, basised on 815 valid formal data of the formal questionnaire.Results:(1) The Inner Constraint among Chinese was a multi-dimension structure, including Group Cognitive, Friendship, Society Caring, Temptation Resisting and Impulses Inhibitory.(2) The Chinese Inner Constraint Questionnaire which build on the psychological structure had a good reliability and validity and reached the psychometric requirements. So it can be used as a suitable tool to measurement Chinese characteristics of Inner Constraint.(3) Inner Constraint of Chinese people has AbstractIVa high level, especially the Group Cognition, Friendship, Temptation Resisting and Impulses Inhibitory. Society Caring have a medium level.(4) Variables like gender, age, marital status, whether Communist and work units have significant main effect on Inner Constraint. It shows that: female’s Inner Constraint higher than male, Inner Constraint rise along with the age, married subjects higher than unmarried subjects, Communists’ Inner Constraint higher than common peple, the judicial system of the government, institutions and military are higher than the farmer and student including College students and middle school students, and military is the highest.Conclusion: Inner Constraint is a kind of internal force affected by both Group Instinct and acquired socialization which oriented to good to constraint self behavior. The Inner Constraint among Chinese have 5 dimensions, including Group Cognitive, Friendship, Society Caring, Temptation Resisting and Impulses Inhibitory. Study of Inner Constraint has great sense on improving the individual quality and society harmonious development.Key W。
